5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely PERFECT. Heather fixed an issue I had with the color I picked (too muted) on first attempt and her work is consistently quality with immediate shipping. I'm thankful she took time from her shop hiatus to finish my order and has been responsive, kind, and added color to my life. I have 3 bracelets and 1 anklet for my friends and family so far (will attach pics).

Our cord is super durable and the wax coating provides waterproof properties to aid in the long life span of your jewelry.
To keep your jewelry in optimal shape, care should be taken when swimming or out in the sun. Strong chemicals, UV exposure, and sweat may cause slight fading in the cord and/or beads and charms. Our bracelets can be easily adjusted to slip on and off in no time!

We offer a fabulous selection of high quality items for your viewing and gift-giving pleasure. What delivery service do you use?
We use USPS First Class domestic and international shipping. Please read our processing times and shipping estimates to determine when you should place your order.
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
We would like to think so but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your item by a certain date, if needed. Shipping around holiday seasons can be, shall we say, unpredictable? Please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date or occasion.
Can you send my purchase as a gift?
Yes! We will happily ship straight to your intended recipient if you are ordering a gift. Just let us know your personal message and instructions in the Seller's Notes section when placing your order. This does not apply to International customers, as VAT/taxes/duty fees may apply.
How do I choose my cord colors?
So glad you asked. For items that can be color customized, there is an image of all the cord and bead colors that we offer in each listing. Please leave your color choices in the personalization box on the listing or in the "notes to seller" section when ordering. If there are no color choices with your order and we can not get a hold of you by the ship date, we will either cancel the order or complete the item as pictured (at our discretion).
Signature Feather Charm
In each listing, there may be a drop down to choose whether you would like our feather charm included on your item or not. We may also ask in the personalization box. If you do not specify, we will include it with your order. If you would like to remove the charm, you may carefully do so with scissors or a nail clipper as the charm is not real metal (We do not take responsibility for damaged items if you choose to remove the charm yourself).
